**What You’ll Do**

As the **Restaurant Manager**, you’ll be an energetic and supportive leader who:

- Leads by example to create an exceptional guest experience — every guest, every time.
- Inspires and develops a team of supervisors and team members through training, coaching, and ongoing feedback.
- Ensures Tim Hortons standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality are always met.
- Oversees day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and labour controls.
- Fosters a positive, respectful work culture that supports communication, collaboration, and growth.
- Takes ownership of operational goals and works closely with ownership to drive performance and profitability.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous restaurant or retail management experience (Tim Hortons or QSR experience is a strong asset).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills — able to motivate, delegate, and build team morale.
- A passion for guest satisfaction and community connection.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining calm, positive leadership.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
