**Job Overview**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Willingness to be mentored.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, good judgement, and the ability to manage a variety of activities.
- Keen understanding of tools, parts, electrical and mechanical system components.
- Strong ability to communicate.
- Provides information in a timely manner to dispatch, technicians, service providers, customers and coworkers.
- Independent problem solver.
- Capable of making decisions in real-time to maintain efficient flow of work.
- Experience working with Preventative Maintenance programs.
- Experience with tag-out programs for faulty tools and equipment.
- Efficient use of computers and programs like MS Office, CRMs, equipment management software.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to form strong relationships with coworkers, clients and suppliers.
- Experience with technical documents.
- Liaise directly with suppliers for parts requested by the sales and operations teams.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Must have a valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving abstract.

Parts:

- All parts coded properly and in their correct places when they arrive.
- Parts entered into Microsoft Dynamic 365 as required.
- Parts and small tool repair.
- Work with Parts & Warehouse Coordinator and service advisors to ensure technicians are equipped with the correct tools/parts.
- Load outgoing tables on a daily basis with tools and parts as per dispatch sheets.
- Clear and process incoming parts tables daily.
- Restock incoming parts not used on jobs.
- Stocking consumable items.
- Driving to pickup and deliver parts as required.
- Order picking.

Tools:

- Send for repair, tagged-out tools that are broken or defective.
- Test and prepare tools for upcoming work.
- Send remotes out for repairs and track repair status.
- Organize and maintain inventory of shop tools.
- Source and purchase small tools and other equipment as required.

Facility/Housekeeping **(Bays 2, 3)**:

- Ensure things are in the right place and not left in temporary locations throughout the shop bays (ie boxes, pallets, etc.).
- Garbage and recycling checked daily and emptied when close to full.
- Mezzanines cleaned and maintained on a monthly basis.
- Open shop in morning (lights, heat, etc.) Secure shop at night (bay doors, entrance doors,

Shipping & Receiving:

- Correspondence and physical parts return to factories and suppliers when necessary for warranty or refund.
- Arrange Y2K, UPS, FedEx, etc.

Other:

- Assist Parts & Warehouse Coordinator as required.
- Assist Service Advisors as required.
- Assist Operations Coordinator as required.
- Other miscellaneous duties as assigned from time to time.
