**Job Title**: Concrete Labourer

**Location**: Calgary, AB

The Concrete Labourer will be responsible for stripping forms from the foundations of houses, townhouses, and duplexes. The primary tasks include:

- Stripping Duraform and Strip Ease forms from foundations.
- Returning stripped forms to designated cages or trailers.
- Breaking ties and removing nails from lumber.
- Arranging and organizing lumber neatly.

This is a repetitive task but crucial for the foundation building process. While not difficult to learn, it is intensive labour requiring physical stamina.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform repetitive tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Lift and carry materials weighing up to 80lbs consistently.
- Work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure tools and materials are organized and stored properly.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to perform intensive physical labour.
- Capability to lift 80lbs consistently.
- Must have a Social Insurance Number or a valid work permit.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Concrete experience is an asset but not required.

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
