**Salary Range: $58,800 - $65,300**
**Location: Entwistle, AB**
As **Site Coordinator** at Drax, you will be supporting daily operations by managing administrative tasks, purchasing, finance reporting, and inventory control. The Site Coordinator will work closely with operations leadership, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth facility operations while providing exceptional support to employees and leadership.
**Key Responsibilities**
- ** **Provide weekly reports to Operations Leadership to track purchasing KPIs and inventory control.
- Collaborate with the CMMS Analyst on purchasing metrics and plant-related costs.
- Utilize Azzier and Power BI for data preparation for production meetings.
- Assist the Plant Manager with budget reviews and forecasting using Azzier and NetSuite.
- Build positive relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
- Create and manage purchase orders per Drax policies.
- Organize staff events and support/organize site visits of internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Fibre Team on data entry and reporting.
- Manage credit card transactions and staff expenses.
- Handle phone inquiries, mail, and clerical duties. Support office equipment maintenance and manage site
- Point.
- Assist with payroll processing and tech issues with IT.
- Help with onboarding and HR-related processes.
- Provide administrative support to leadership, including travel and meeting coordination.
**About you**
You'll possess the following skills, abilities, and experience:
- Over 3-5 years of administrative experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of accounting/bookkeeping experience including utilizing accounting software.
- Post-secondary education in business, computers, or office management is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook),
- Demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly (policy management, safety, financial and time management.
- Well-developed critical thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
- Able to work effectively in diverse team environments.
- Strong multitasking and project management abilities.
- Excellent communication, listening, and conflict resolution skills.
- Superior customer service skills.
