**Requirements**:

- Must have reliable transportation and be able to work weekends/evenings.
- Proven experience, including suggestive sales and knowledge of fine wine, beer, spirits and proteins.
- Minimum 3 years serving experience required.
- Accuracy and speed when executing assigned tasks.
- Can work 15-30 hours a week.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve items to spec with cooperation of up to 9 other team members.
- Answer, report and follow managements instructions.
- Provide full service dining.
- Pair menu items appropriately with guests to ensue the best overall experience.
- Comply with all sanitation regulations from Manitoba Health.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests

**Job Types**: Part time

Pay: $15.80 /hr

Gratuity expectancy: Tip share at $20-$40 per hour
