You’ll combine top - tier customer support with process coordination that keeps our projects moving. No cold calls. No commission chasing. Just meaningful work that makes a difference—and a clear path to grow your career in a specialized industry.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the go-to contact for customers after they receive a work estimate
- Proactively reach out and follow up to keep things moving—no waiting around
- Coordinate with internal teams so estimates are completed or updated and jobs get scheduled
- Deliver a smooth, supportive, and professional experience that clients remember
- Assist our Home Comfort Advisors and Sales Department
What You Bring:
- 2+ years in customer service, hospitality, or admin roles
- Excellent communication and follow-up instincts—you don’t drop the ball
- Strong attention to detail and comfort handling forms, paperwork, or tracking info
- Eagerness to learn a new industry and grow your career
- Bonus: experience with rebate programs, home services, or HVAC a plus—but not required
**Compensation**: Starting at $24/hour, with regular performance-based increases. We believe in paying for impact—and there’s lots of opportunity to grow here.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
