**WHO YOU ARE**

**Experience**
- Minimum of 2 years experience in building science.
- Experience working with residential building systems (townhouse, midrise, highrise, etc.).

**Knowledge**
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Building and Construction: Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of houses and buildings. Practical understanding of the construction processes and building failure mechanisms.
- English Language: Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language. Technical writing experience will be considered an asset.
