Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the production line team to meet daily targets and quality standards
- Monitor production workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements
- Assist in hands-on production tasks when needed
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company policies
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
- Train new staff and provide ongoing support and direction to production workers

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar lead or supervisory role in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in the têxtile or garment industry is a strong asset
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours (morning and afternoon shifts)
- Must be reliable and able to commute to North York
- Legally eligible to work in Canada

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
