_**BIS Safety Software**_ is a fast-paced, high-growth software company providing solutions for the safety industry. We require a part-time janitor/cleaner to help ensure our 25,000 square foot facility is kept in a clean, safe, and presentable condition.
- Have a positive and friendly demeanour
- Be meticulous with details
- Display a strong work ethic
- Be comfortable working with mínimal supervision
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Be in good physical condition to meet the demands of this role (bending, crouching, lifting, kneeling, etc.)
- Display good organizational and decision-making abilities
- Have a working knowledge of the safe usage of powered and hand-operated janitorial equipment and products
- Be handy, dependable, reliable, and adaptable
- Providing janitorial services, such as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing walls cleaning bathroom and kitchen areas, washing windows, dusting etc.
- Making sure supplies are well stocked and dispensers are filled
- Emptying trash cans and other waste containers
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety programs

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of commercial cleaning experience
