**Position Title**:Multimedia Specialist**

**Day in the life of**:
Using a wide variety of tools and techniques, including multimedia and web-friendly platforms and environments, create graphic designs, produce videos, and other creative products.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Design social media campaigns
- Collaborate with Corporate Communications and Public Affairs team to develop and execute multi-channel campaigns
- Effectively present and communicate creative design and strategies in various scenarios
- Adhere to project deadlines, ensuring all content is accurate, timely, relevant, compelling, and appropriate for the intended audience
- Provide multimedia support for member education and other internal teams, including creation of animated videos and webcast production

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Significant experience in designing digital/online media
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in multimedia software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), and eLearning/Screen Capture authoring tools (Camtasia). Proficiency in audio editing (Adobe Audition)
- Understanding of AODA compliance policies to support captioning of video content
- Proficiency in managing tasks efficiently under strict deadlines
- Bilingual English/French an asset
- Post-secondary education in graphic design or demonstrated experience
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a designer role
- Experience working with vendors and a creative agency
- Expertise in video/audio editing techniques
- Basic awareness and understanding of the securities industry
