We are looking for **an Operations Coordinator **for a **permanent position**.

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for **providing exceptional service** to all our customers, in collaboration with our Account Managers.

With our customers being our number one priority, all enquiries must be handled in an efficient manner - **with understanding and compassion for the customer’s situation** and **in accordance with our policies and procedure** while **providing a world-class experience**.

**Your day-to-day**:

- Managing customer relationships
- Processing product returns and warranty claims
- Acting as the primary interface between sales and logistics
- Overseeing shipments, deliveries, and any related follow-up with customers
- Coordinating the sales process involving sales quotations, order creation, customer agreements, management of sales commissions, and customer charges
- Manage product flow to ensure timely and accurate processing of merchandise through the warehouse, outbound deliveries and invoicing
- Working with finance and accounting to resolve supplier billing issues and invoicing discrepancies

**Your assets**:

- Post-secondary education - an asset
- **Bilingual** (English and French)
- **2 years of minimum experience in retail/customer service** - an asset
- **Experience with ERP systems** (Microsoft D365 an asset)
- Experience with order entry and inventory controls
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong interpersonal and **communications skills**:

- Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to **organize and prioritize workload**:

- Professional attitude, self-motivated, and ability to be flexible and deal with change
- **Great attendance and punctuality** record, including adherence to schedule while being flexible towards hours worked as per business needs
