**Overview**

We are seeking a dependable and driven carpenter l to join our team. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is motivated, self-sufficient, and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of construction and renovation tasks, including carpentry, siding, window installation, and general remodeling
- Measure, cut, and shape materials according to specifications
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects to high standards
- Adapt to the needs of each project and follow direction as required

**Qualifications**:

- Red Seal Carpenter preferred
- Some experience in construction, renovations, or carpentry is required
- Strong hands-on skills and comfort using tools and materials
- Physically capable of performing manual labor in various conditions
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to job sites is a must

**Position Details**:

- Full-time position with steady, year-round work
- Wages are negotiable based on experience and skill level
