**Job Duties**
- Plays a key role in managing team that provides day-to-day operational requirements for the business.
- Manages return booking/RA team, planning and appointment booking team.
- Liaisons with customers to ensure that daily operational requirements are met.
- Ensures that team members are aware of any operational changes.
- Maximizes consolidation opportunities in TMS, with co-ordination between planning and appointment team.
- Clarifies/resolves all daily issues.
- Monitors and ensure that work is completed in a timely manner.
**Requirements**:
- Excel knowledge, pivot tables, v-lookup function, formulas, etc. is a must.
- Must have prior experience with TMS, WMS and other systems.
- Knowledge of transportation load planning is good to have
**Reporting to**
- The Warehouse General Manager
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
