Floor Supervisor

- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients
- Be available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating the environment
- Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the shift team
- Aware of daily sales and tip averages during scheduled shift
- Assist with new Barista training positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful coaching as needed
- Develops strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service
- Develops strong relationships with baristas by providing supportive and constructive feedback and maintaining positive interactions
- Attends and participates in all mandatory staff meetings, training seminars, and Supervisor meetings
- Maintains cleanliness of store
- Labour Management
- Performs all opening and closing duties, including EOD cash out balancing, float management
- Assists with catering orders
- Assists with inventory ordering and management
- Responsible for successfully operating a functioning establishment during business hours, events, and private events, and supports any requests from the Marketing & Engagement Manager regarding photoshoots, giveaways, promotions, and content creation
- Ensures daily, weekly cleaning duties are completed
- Ensures coffee machines are calibrated correctly

**Experience**:

- Supervisor: 1 year (preferred)
- Barista or Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
- Must be 19 years or older as you will be required to mix and serve alcohol
