**Prep'n Sell** **Description**: Seeking independent carpet cleaning contractors immediately for flexible, contract-based work on residential homes and construction clean-ups Prep'n Sell is a general contracting company, managing jobs of all sizes from small to large. We provide a "one-call" service for our clients, which often includes cleaning. We are currently looking for EXPERIENCED residential home cleaners for occasional Monday to Saturday daytime work. - Residential house cleaning - minimum 1 year experience required - Construction clean-up experience is an asset - Cleaning experience is an asset **Requirements**: - You are an independent contractor and invoice us for your work. - Provide your own transportation and well-maintained tools (vacuums, mops, pails, dusters, cloths, etc.) & cleaning supplies. - Bondable, trustworthy, reliable, punctual & accountable for the quality of work. - Follow directions & complete tasks properly. - Keep a clean & efficient work area, remove debris & clean up after each job. - Appropriate care to protect the client's property & prevent problems before they happen. - Professional, courteous manner while at the job site. - Efficient, meticulous attention to detail, pride in providing excellent work. - Recognition that customer satisfaction is the absolute priority. **Benefits of partnering with us**: - Pay will be at an hourly rate. - No finding customers, no billing customers, no chasing customers for payment. - No waiting for payment.
