**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar
- Train, schedule, and supervise bar staff
- Develop and maintain cocktail menus
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in bartending, restaurant management, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Hospitality or hotel industry experience is a plus
- Team management skills are essential
