**About the role**

We’re looking for an experienced **Arborist Climber** who’s passionate about preserving and caring for trees. The role involves pruning, removals, and general maintenance of trees and shrubs on both residential and commercial properties.

You’ll be part of a crew that values precision, professionalism, and safety above all else.

**You’ll be doing things like**:

- Climbing, pruning, and shaping trees following arboriculture best practices
- Operating specialized equipment (chipper, stump grinder, chainsaw, etc.) safely and efficiently
- Installing and inspecting structural support systems
- Performing chain saw sharpening and maintenance
- Advanced rigging for safe limb removal
- Following safety policies and site protocols at all times
- Supporting the crew leader and mentoring others as your experience grows

**What we’re looking for**:

- Minimum 2 years of climbing (MRS or SRS) or bucket operation experience
- Valid G driver’s license (ARZ preferred) and clean driver’s abstract
- Diploma or degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, or Environmental Science preferred (not required)
- First Aid and CPR certification an asset
- A positive attitude, strong communication skills and a commitment to safe work practices

Pay: $20.00-$38.00 per hour
