2. Provides and constantly updates notes, comments, or documentation through appropriate ticketing systems to track and monitor issues. Communicates with customers at all technical and non-technical skill levels. Follow up with end users to provide status updates according to service level guidelines (SLA).

3. Acts as the first point of escalation for complex and/or high priority issues, escalating issues they cannot resolve to the appropriate support groups for resolution (Tech L3, Manager, etc.).

4. Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) through the effective use of knowledge management.

5. Works collaboratively with people across the organization

**Salary**: From $21.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Computer hardware: 1 year (preferred)
- Computer networking: 1 year (preferred)
- Computer repair: 1 year (preferred)
- Desktop support: 1 year (preferred)
- Windows Remote Desktop: 1 year (preferred)
- Network installation: 1 year (preferred)
- Software troubleshooting: 1 year (preferred)
- Bilingual: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- French (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CompTIA A+ (preferred)
