**Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning needs and preferences.
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated timeframes while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Organize cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stored properly after use.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any client concerns promptly and professionally.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in residential cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of French is a plus.
- A friendly demeanor with the ability to communicate clearly with clients.
- Time management skills that enable the completion of tasks efficiently without compromising quality.
