**Responsibilities**

**The Quality Inspector/Coordinator position requires a multi-skilled, individual who can perform the following tasks**:
Primary function of In Process Inspection, using measuring and test equipment.

In addition;
Perform internal quality audits and follow-up actions

Develop / maintain internal audit schedule and checklists
Develop / Maintain quality system documentation.
Assist in Quality record keeping
Evaluate, process and assist customers to close-out CARs
Provide Quality training, as required

Perform Data entry for quality and production.
Work on Continuous Improvement projects, as assigned

Other duties, as assigned

**Qualifications**

Experience with steel manufacturing and ability to read part drawings, an asset.
Experience with an ISO 9001- based quality system an asset

Quality certification an asset

Engineering background an asset

Microsoft Office proficiency required
Self-starter, requiring minimum supervision
Detailed-oriented

Ability to read, write and communicate in English, a must.

**Physical requirements**

Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Bending and lifting required occasionally.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
