We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Clubhouse Manager to lead and oversee our food and beverage services and staff residence operations. **Position Overview**

The Clubhouse Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of all front-of-house food and beverage services across the Club's dining outlets, grab-and-go locations, banquet services, and special events, while also overseeing the management of the staff residence and dock services. This position requires high attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and the ability to cultivate a collaborative, professional, and service-oriented culture.

**Job Requirements of this position will include, but not be limited to**:

- Lead the execution of exceptional, personalized service to Members and guests, with a focus on peak volume periods and special events.
- Oversee daily operations across all front-of-house dining and event service areas.
- Maintain a strong presence during service periods, providing on-the-floor leadership, supervision, and support to staff.
- Develop and implement high-touch hospitality protocols that reflect the exclusivity and standards of the Club.
- Coordinate effective pre-shift meetings and ensure team members are prepared to deliver consistent, world-class service.
- Oversee dining and event reservations and floor management system, ensuring smooth and efficient Member and guest experiences.
- Manage and resolve Member and guest service concerns, implementing thoughtful service recovery strategies when necessary.
- Recruit, train, and mentor front-of-house staff, in collaboration to maintain high service standards and a positive team culture.
- Create and maintain all front-of-house schedules for dining and events as well as dock services, to ensure optimal staffing coverage aligned with budget targets.
- Support the Executive Chef with budgeting and cost management.
- Oversee beverage program operations including inventory control, ordering, receiving, and menu development.
- Maintain and manage the POS system (Jonas), ensuring accuracy of all menu items and pricing.
- Act as a liaison between front-of-house, kitchen, other outlets, and departments to ensure seamless communication and delivery of service.
- Collaborate with Food and Beverage-related committees to support strategic initiatives, share operational insights, and ensure alignment with Member expectations and Club standards.
- Supervise staff residence operations, including room assignments, conflict resolution, cleanliness checks, and maintenance coordination.
- Supervise dock operations, including staff scheduling, safety oversight, and maintenance of the dock area and related equipment.
- Work collaboratively to ensure the residence is a clean, safe, and enjoyable living space for all seasonal staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, liquor laws, and internal policies across all operational areas.

**Qualifications**
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience in food and beverage operations, ideally in a private Club, resort, or upscale hospitality environment.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate large, seasonal teams with professionalism, enthusiasm, and purpose.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Familiarity with POS systems (Jonas preferred), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid Food Handler’s Certificate and Smart Serve Certification.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
