**Job Overview**:
As a Busser at our busy sports bar located in downtown Vancouver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a clean, organized, and enjoyable dining experience for our guests. You will work closely with the waitstaff and kitchen team to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by keeping the dining area clean, assisting in table turnovers, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the restaurant operation.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Clearing and cleaning tables promptly after guests have finished their meals..
Assisting servers in delivering food and drinks to tables when needed.
Assisting with greeting and seating guests at the door.
Keeping the dining area, bar, and restrooms clean and tidy throughout service.
Emptying and cleaning trash receptacles regularly.
Refilling water glasses and other beverages as requested by guests.
Assisting in the setup and breakdown of dining areas before and after service.
Communicating effectively with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations.
Providing exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs and concerns promptly and courteously.
Adhering to health and safety guidelines and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

**Qualifications**:
Prior experience as a busser or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and address guest requests.
Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and carry trays, dishes, and equipment for extended periods.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for cleanliness.
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
