JOB TITLE: Bilingual Computer Help Desk Customer Service Representative

LOCATION: Montreal, QC. Full Time Position SALARY: To be negotiated

WORK SCHEDULE: 37.5 Hours Per Week

DATE REQUIRED: ASAP

**BILINGUAL : YES (Fluent in both French & English)**

**PURPOSE AND SCOPE ACCOUNTABILITIES**

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Must be fluent in French and English
- Have the ability to pick up new information quickly
- Have excellent customer service skills.
- Have a positive attitude, patience and understanding, dedication and commitment
- Basic knowledge of Windows 7 & 10 and Office suite such as Outlook and Word
- Basic knowledge of Android phones
- A sense of humor and fun attitude

**ADDITIONAL ASSETS**
- Technical Certifications such as your MCSE, A+
- Experience troubleshooting technology
- Computer networking skills

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**

Educational Level Required:

- Minimum Completion of High School
