MAC Renovations Ltd. is an award-winning design/build residential renovation firm based in Victoria, BC. Our business is primarily renovations, but we have recently expanded into the Custom-Built home market.

We are expanding again and are looking for conscientious, reliable, and multi-talented renovation carpenters for long-term employment.

We currently have 2 openings for carpenters to join our top-notch team. We are seeking 1 Red Seal Carpenter and 1 informally trained carpenter.
- A wide variety of experience in the field
- Familiarity with multiple eras of home construction - 1900 - 2000's
- Strong work ethic with leadership capability
- Excellent problem solving and the ability to think on your feet
- Able to communicate well with Mac team, clients, and public
- Understands the value of a family based, home-grown company
- Ability to read building plans and details and execute with accuracy
- Concrete cribbing
- Structural framing - walls, floors, roofs, stairs
- Interior and exterior trim carpentry
- Building envelope - including rain screen and siding
- Window and door installation
- Drivers Licence
- Fall arrest training
- Occupational First Aid Level 1
