- Always think customer first, responding to internal/external clients in a timely & professional manner
- Keen eye for detail with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Proficient in MS Office environments with previous experience in an insurance brokerage as processor or broker
- Bonus: Working towards Insurance Broker Level 1 license

**Once here, you'll**:

- Ensure quality service and professionalism at every customer interaction
- Provide a broad range of administrative and general support while maintaining the overall flow of the office
- Assist our accounts team by printing and sending claims payments
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment where you tackle tasks seamlessly such as processing payments, drafting documentation, and event planning
