**The Role**:
We are curently looking to add 3 snow removal crew members to our fast paced, hard working team. You will be working alongside a crew of 1-2 other crew members focusing on clearing our residential properties of snow and ice.

**Responsibilities**:

- Use shovels and snow blowers to efficiently remove snow from driveways, walkways, entrances, steps and sidewalks.
- Complete snow logs after servicing each property.
- Assist in loading & unloading of shovels, snow blowers, & salt bins.
- Load salt bins up with balk salt.
- Refuel snow blowers.

**Requirements**:

- Must be available on an on-call basis from November 15th until April 15th, 2024.
- Must have reliable transportation to meet at our yard in Scarborough on as little as 2 hours notice.
- Must posses a heavy duty winter jacket & boots. (Gloves and hat will be provided)
- Must be capable of frequently lifting 50+ lbs.
- Must be able to work for long periods of time in harsh weather conditions such as: cold, snow, rain,freezing rain, etc.

**Compensation**:

- Pay will be based on experience and ranges from $20 - $25 / hour.
- Guaranteed minimum $500 / month.
- Attendance bonus of $1,000 paid at the end of the season for perfect attendance.
- Referral bonuses available.
- Potential for a full time role in the regular season for the right individuals with oppurtunity for rapid advancement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
