Brake Press Operator

Uxbridge, Canada The Restorer Inc. Full time

We are currently looking for **Brake Press Operator** who can start a full time opportunity at one of our facilities in Uxbridge, ON.
- Preparing and operating a **Amanda** Break Press is desirable.
- Hydraulic brake operator experience
- Ability to Program machine
- Ability to set up tools.
- Operate other machines (punch press, deburring, shears)
- Ability to read engineering drawings and follow tooling layout instructions
- Loading, unloading raw material into CNC machine
- organizing cuts ready for carpenters
- Maintain CNC programming database
- Ensure CNC programming written in accordance with production blueprints.
- Detect and report faulty equipment, improper operations, and unusual conditions to supervision.
- Fabricate first piece; check print; maintain proper tolerances; make appropriate adjustments for angles and dimensions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Uxbridge, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Machine Operator: 1 year (preferred)
