Open since 1969, SanRemo Bakery is an Italian bakery in South Etobicoke. We've served the GTA for 50 years and we are well-known for the quality of our products. We use traditional European methods and are one of the only scratch bakeries in the GTA today. As we continue to grow, we would like a skilled Baker's Assistant to grow with us.

This job will work with the head baker and will be a part of a team of approximately 10 other people, _**focusing on frying dough to make donuts and other fried goods.**_

**Note: This is a permanent, long-term position. The baker must be able to get to the bakery at 2am without relying on public transit.**

**Tasks**:

- Frying donuts, cannoli shells and other fried items.
- Assisting the rest of the team where needed and preparing for the next day
- Must have baking experience
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Must be available to work 8 - 10 hours per day **starting at 2am**

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Night shift
- Overtime
