You will be responsible for assisting in the production of the mise en place of pastries, desserts and assembling/decorating/stocking the display case.

Assisting in organizing and maintaining quality of the products.

We make a variety of items such as but not limited to; tarts, croissants, mousse cakes, glazes, compotes, jams, chocolate tempering/decorations. We hold a very high standard in the quality and execution of our desserts.

The start time of the shift is at 4am, (I know its not ideal but you eventually get used to it... or you get better at lying to yourself haha) so please take into account your commute to work or willingness to relocate at your own expense.

We try to have fun as we work here at Narenj. Meals are provided during breaks and the food honestly never gets old (you'll see when you try the shakshouka). We are always trying to make new and innovative products and we don't shy away from the challenges of improving every aspect of what we do.
