Yardperson/truckdriver

Duties:

- Assist customers with lumber and building material needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Fill customer orders
- Unload supplier trucks
- Operate forklift
- Make deliveries with company truck
- Keep lumber yard stocked and neat
- Preform cutting and milling for customers using woodworking shop tools.

As a Yard person/Truck driver, you will play a vital role in assisting customers with their hardware and building material needs, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the yard is well-maintained. Your time management and organizational skills will be crucial in managing tasks efficiently and maintaining an organized work environment. Your ability to communicate effectively will help you assist customers with their inquiries and provide product recommendations. Basic math skills will be necessary for cash handling and inventory management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20-$30.00 per hour

Work days:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Prescott, ON K0E 1T0: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
