- Consult with clients to determine their desired lash style and length
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring their satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in eyelash extensions
- Collaborate with the front desk and guest services team to schedule appointments and manage client bookings
- Promote retail products related to eyelash care and maintenance
- Assist with other salon duties as needed, such as body waxing or nail care

- Previous experience as a Senior Eyelash Specialist or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively consult with clients and understand their needs
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in sales techniques to promote retail products
- Familiarity with body waxing is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
