**About the Role**

Wise Abatement is hiring a sharp, reliable **Junior Estimator** to support our quoting and sales process from start to finish. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys visiting job sites, working with numbers, and helping clients understand the scope and cost of their project. You will assist with estimating and winning jobs in **asbestos abatement, mold remediation, lead removal, and demolition** throughout Calgary and nearby communities.

You will be trained in our quoting system and process. Previous experience in estimating, quoting, or construction-related sales is a strong asset. This position includes a mix of **office and field work**, and you will need to be confident in communication, follow-ups, and client coordination.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Conduct site visits to gather accurate measurements, photos, and project details
- Interpret hazmat surveys, scopes of work, and drawings to build pricing packages
- Prepare and submit professional, easy-to-understand quotes using company templates
- Communicate with clients throughout the quoting process, answering questions and providing updates
- Track actual job costs to improve pricing accuracy over time
- Stay current on local material costs, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Suggest improvements to tools, workflows, and systems when needed
- Help coordinate job start dates once quotes are approved

**Who We’re Looking For**
- **Canadian citizen or permanent resident**:

- **Sales experience is required**, though experience in construction, trades, or residential services is an asset
- Comfortable working both in the office and out in the field
- Familiar with OH&S, Alberta Asbestos Abatement Manual, or willing to learn
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Valid **Class 5 driver’s license** and reliable transportation
- Organized, self-directed, and open to learning new systems
- Familiarity with Jobber is an added bonus
