**Accountabilities**:

- The Communications Transformation Agent will be responsible for developing and delivering effective communications and strategies for the execution of the integrated Communications and Change & Engage strategy
- The Communications Transformation Agent will participate as a Communications Expert and will be responsible for integrating closely with the workstreams to support the development of organizational communications and change and engage activities
- Responsible to interface with other stakeholders to ensure the integrated Communications and Change & Engage strategy is robust and being delivered in accordance with the plan
- The Communications Transformation Agent will be responsible to proactively identify stakeholders, engagements and prepare materials for engagements

**Please Note**:
This position is for a fixed term, 24 month contract with the possibility of extension or turning into a longer-term career opportunity.

**Skills & Requirements**
- Minimum of 5 years of related role experience
- Demonstrated experience in the industry of project management and communication
- Must have legal authorization to work in Canada on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer
