Sportball Coach

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Lead and facilitate sports-based classes for children.
- Implement age-appropriate coaching techniques that promote skill development, safety, and enjoyment.
- Manage behavior and encourage positive interactions among participants to ensure a supportive environment.
- Maintain a safe environment by adhering to safety protocols and supervising children during activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and participation.
- Assist in setting up equipment and preparing the activity space prior to classes.
- Foster a fun, inclusive atmosphere that encourages children to develop a love for physical activity.

**Experience**
- Prior experience working with children in sports coaching, teaching physical education, childcare, or related fields is preferred.
- A creative background, such as drama or art can be helpful in delivering storylines within our program delivery.
- Knowledge of sports can enhance coaching effectiveness.
- Experience working with children in educational or recreational settings is advantageous.
- Certifications in teaching physical education are a plus but not required; relevant experience will be considered. Join us to make a positive impact on children's lives through active play and sports education

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
