Tiercon is seeking knowledgeable, self-directed, experienced and hardworking individuals interested in the automotive industry as a Maintenance Coordinator at our 591 Arvin site.

Job Summary & Reporting Structure:

- Reports to the Maintenance Manager
- Responsible for Coordinating Maintenance PMs, Spare Parts, MRO Purchasing and Inventory.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create purchase requisitions for review and approval. Including:

- Blanket orders
- MRO service activities
- Waste Management (plastic, recycling)
- Enter and maintain MRO Purchase Orders.
- MRO service activities
- Maintain backup for PO files.
- Work to clear off any payment discrepancies addressed by Finance, ensuring a timely clearance and work to eliminate root cause of the discrepancy.
- Act as the point of contact for payment issues both internally and externally.
- Create and maintain vendor master data
- Maintain contractor management data base, including EHS compliance & docs.
- Obtain credit history information when necessary.
- Create and maintain material master data
- Maintain CMS (Megamation ) program, assets, work orders, PM's, reports etc.
- Maintain crib area: cleanliness, organized layout with visual labelling and inventory accuracy
- Ordering and tracking MRO materials for 591 Arvin. Includes setting parts up in the CMS (Megamation) system, receiving parts into inventory, maintain max/min levels
- Maintain & improve the Vendor Managed Inventory system to minimize MRO work and cost of materials inventories and used
- Ordering and tracking expedited purchases for emergency repairs. May need to track and report on some incidents after hours.
- Other Maintenance reports as we continue to develop
- Act as a backup to the Buyer of Indirect Purchasing by sourcing requisitioned requirements and placing purchase orders and following through on deliveries.
- Shadow Maintenance Planner in their activities to be a functional back up in their absence.

Qualifications:

- Preferred-Post Secondary Education in a related field preferred OR equivalent work experience
- Grade 12 minimum.
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Work hour flexibility to support urgent part tracking /sourcing requirements
- Experience expediting parts, customs as required
- Strong web-based research skills
- Demonstrated intermediate to advanced computer skills in applicable software
- Equivalent Work experience: Minimum 2 years in a manufacturing environment, Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, HVAC, mold machine, robotic components
