**About the role**:
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Shop Hand. Our Shop Hands work efficiently to help us perform high quality repairs, upgrades, and maintenance, so our customers can enjoy their RV to the greatest extent possible. If you’re reliable, have experience with hand and power tools, have prior shop experience, or are interested in pursuing an apprenticeship in the RV industry, this may be the opportunity for you

As a Shop Hand, you will report to the service manager. You’ll be responsible for:

- Assisting RV Technicians in the repair and maintenance of RVs (plumbing, structural, electrical, etc).
- Maintaining a clean work environment and tidying work surfaces before/after a job.
- Assisting the Service Department with additional tasks as required.
- Assisting the Shipping/Receiving team with additional tasks as required.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Have a passion for camping and the outdoors.
- Have mechanical or technical aptitude
- Be able to work on a ladder or scaffold (no higher than the top of a standard RV)
- Have basic phone and computer skills (Including Gmail, Google Docs, etc)
- Be punctual.
- Be open to new ideas and love a new challenge.
- Be available 9:00am-5:30pm Monday thru Friday.
- Be available to work on Saturdays during camping season (May-October).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour

**Benefits**:
