**The impact you will have**

The Field Service Technician will work independently performing field service activities at healthcare facilities throughout an assigned geographic territory.

Duties include the promotion and completion of on-site preventative maintenance and repair services, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, controlling inventory, managing data and documentation while achieving all measureable performance targets.

The individual will have a history of independently servicing electromechanical equipment in a large geographic territory and should not be deterred by a fast-paced, demanding environment. The position requires a high level of multi-functional expertise and excellent time management skills.

As the Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for:

- Schedule and provide preventative maintenance and repair services at healthcare facilities.
- Effectively promote and sell Arjo service agreements and products.
- Supervise equipment installation and/or perform uncrate and assembly services
- Instruct customer’s personnel in the operation and proper use of the equipment.
- Assist sales personnel in marketing all Arjo equipment (joint calls, in-services, sales leads).
- Maintain an organized parts inventory in a clean Company vehicle
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**The skills you will need**
- _Undergraduate degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience._
- _A minimum of three (3) years of field based electromechanical repair and maintenance experience_
- _A minimum of three (3) years of face to face technical customer service experience_
- _A minimum of three (3) years of sales and/or promotion of service products experience_
