**General Purpose**

Manage the day to day operations of the warehouses. Monitor and control warehouse inventory by overseeing, directing and coordinating the movement of supplies, products and merchandise into and out of the warehouses. Liase with operations manager to ensure smooth daily functions. Delegate work and follow up with results to manage team efficiently and effectively. Plan and manage scheduled incoming and outgoing deliveries and liase with external logistics and freight companies.

**Main Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Be able to work in a fast paced, high volume warehouse setting
- Must possess commanding leadership skills
- Must be familiar with OHSA regularions and be able to implement them
- Manage multiple warehouses
- Organize overall warehouse settings
- Experience driving a forklift is a must
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing inventory deliveries
- Oversee and assist with the loading and unloading of deliveries
- Allocate and organize storage locations according to requirements
- Update and maintain inventory records and database
- Identify potential inventory shortages and communicate with relevant department
- Assign delivery/pickup stations
- Provide regular inventory reports to management
- Pick and prepare orders to be shipped
- Ensure proper packaging and labeling of shipments
- Ensure shipping counts match the order documents
- Process and provide necessary paperwork for shipments
- Manage delivery sequence according to orders and balancing weight for appropriate delivery vehicle
- Process and coordinate customer returns
- Inspect and ensure quality of incoming inventory
- Process products returns, claims, keep track of warranty products
- Ensure accuracy of shipping and receiving documents
- Adhere to all safety standards and operating procedures
- Ensure strict adherence to all housekeeping and warehouse standards
- Prepare, ensure all records up to date (including vehicle license stickers, vehicles insurance, yellow stickers, emissions inspection report. etc.)
- Liase with Operations supervisor to ensure smooth daily functions
- Manage truck maintenance schedules
- Reporting to General Manager

**Education and Experience**
- Managing warehouse functions
- Supervise warehouse resources
- Inventory control experience
- Able to safely use warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks

- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Mandarin, Cantonese is an asset

- G class driver, good driving history (required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure

**Physical Requirements**
- Able to lift and move inventory
- Able to bend and stretch
- Able to stand for prolonged periods
- Able to walk distances

Pay: $72,000.00-$82,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Scarborough, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Warehouse Manager: 7 years (required)
