We are looking for an individual to join our team as a **Project Coordinator** at our Squamish, BC location. If you have the ability to work hard, multitask and learn quickly with a positive attitude, then we want to meet you. The ability to work hard, multi-task and learn quickly with a great attitude is vital.

We offer an attractive compensation package based on experience, health and dental benefits commencing after 3 months and promote opportunities for personal and professional development. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely or in-office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Document production and review.
- Monitor project progress and costs and reserves.
- Facilitate project coordination and completion.
- Communicate with Project Managers, Clients and Vendors.
- Preparing the file for invoicing once job is complete. This include ensuring all necessary costs are entered along with supporting documents.
- Additional data entry or clerical work as required.

**Requirements**:

- Administrative experience.
- Bookkeeping experience is an asset.
- Computer proficiency including familiarity with Microsoft Office & Excel.
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a timely and efficient manner.
- Superior communication and organization skills.
- Ability to function as part of a team as well as independently.
- Experience in the construction industry is considered an asset.
