We are looking for a customer service oriented doorman to be the ambassador and main point of contact for our property in downtown Montreal.

**ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Answer the phone and handle calls
- Assist residents by answering their questions
- Ensure receipt of deliveries and packages
- Greet residents and visitors in a cordial and professional manner
- Maintain the various registers
- Make rounds of workplaces and ensure general cleanliness
- Perform other related duties
- Report any problem to administration

**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 1 year of customer service experience
