**Job Title**: Lash Technician / Aesthetic Architect
- We are located in our ‘Secret’ location, one that is a hidden gem found in Milton. We are currently looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and organized _**Aesthetic Architect**_, who love to create an excellent customer experience for our clients. We pride ourselves on our welcoming environment, fantastic services, and friendly team who make each and every one of our clients experiences one they will want to come back again and again._

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform eyelash extension services (Classic, Hybrid, Volume, Mega Volume) as well as Lash Lift and Tint. _**(Training can be provided, on-site). **_
- Providing Body Waxing & Brow services, including shaping, trimming & tweezing. May also be required to tint eyebrows. _**(Training can be provided, on-site). **_
- Provide brow lamination, brow shaping, and facial waxing services (considered an asset).
- Maintain salon operation; opening and closing duties.
- Ensuring the studio space is clean including sanitizing and disinfecting common area and metal tools between clients and tidying at the end of the shift set by Health & Safety protocols.
- Greeting guests from the front door and escorting them to the waiting area.
- Offering clients a menu and assisting clients with complimentary snacks and drinks.
- Keep up-to-date with lash trends, techniques, and products.
- Pre-book future appointments with clients after their services.
- Maintaining a steady clientele; while providing exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients; all customer interactions are to be handled in a polite and professional manner.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills.
- Assist with the onboarding of new and consistent clients, explaining aftercare instructions, and providing product recommendations.
- Follow company policies and ensure all services are provided with the highest standard of care.

**Requirements**:

- **Certification**: Must hold a valid certification or license for eyelash extensions, esthetics, or a related field. (If certification is not yet obtained, willingness to complete training at Secret Lash Club is acceptable).
- **Experience**: Minimum of **6 months to 1 year** of experience as a lash technician or in a similar aesthetician role is preferred, but not required for entry-level positions.
- Salon/Spa experience is considered an asset, not a requirement.

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of lash lift, brow lamination, and facial waxing techniques.
- Attention to detail and an artistic eye for customizing lash looks for each individual client.
- Strong communication skills in English are required for normal business communication and to explain procedures to clients in a clear, professional manner.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.

**Other Requirements**:

- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time during appointments.
- Good hand-eye coordination and precision for detailed work.
- **Availability**: Flexible availability, including weekdays and weekends (ability to work during off-peak hours is a plus).
