**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Measure, cut, and install drywall repairs, after the plumbing team has performed the repairs
- Sand surfaces to achieve a smooth finish before painting or other treatments.
- Perform caulking and sealing as needed to ensure proper insulation and aesthetics.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals, including carpenters and painters, to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in drywall finishing or related fields such as carpentry or maintenance person services is preferred.
- Familiarity with construction painting techniques is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various construction environments.

Pay: $21.65-$34.38 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
