**Job Overview**
Kendall Fire Department is a Firefighter Services Department of Toronto ON. is a highly qualified and diverse team of professionals dedicated to delivering comprehensive, individualized, and reliable physical and psychological profiling, empowering municipalities through analytics to make data-driven decisions when building teams.
**Duties**
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure high levels of urgency.
- Oversee project management activities, ensuring timely delivery of services and solutions.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and feedback to improve service offerings.
- Collaborate with departmental teams to align strategies that enhance client engagement.
- Managing accounts, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing emergencies, inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Other duties maybe assigned by management, training and programs.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in project management, customer relationship management,.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $77,000.00-$84,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
