**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage documentation including schematics, blueprints, and project plans.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and HeavyBid for project tracking and reporting.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Support the estimation process by gathering data and preparing reports related to construction costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in project management or coordination within the construction industry.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.
- Familiarity with construction estimating practices and tools such as Civil 3D is a plus.
- Experience using construction management software (e.g., ProCore, HeavyBid) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate collaboration among teams.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
