**Position Overview**:
CFT Recycling is seeking a hardworking Lube Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on mechanical work, takes pride in precision, and wants to ensure vehicles operate safely and efficiently. This position focuses on oil changes, greasing, and routine vehicle maintenance. This role requires working outdoors year-round in varying conditions.

The wage for this position is $25.00/hour.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform oil changes, grease fittings, and other scheduled maintenance on company vehicles.- Inspect vehicles for fluid levels, leaks, and other maintenance needs.- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety standards.- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
- Report any mechanical or safety concerns to management promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- 3 -5 years experience in vehicle maintenance, lube, or automotive service is required- Ability to work weekends (Saturday-Wednesday).- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing repetitive tasks.- Detail-oriented, reliable, and punctual.
- Safety-conscious and committed to quality workmanship.
