The Housekeeping Supervisor is a working management role who plans, organizes, supervises, inspects and motivates to achieve the highest standard of cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel.

- Have the ability to stand, walk, kneel, and bend for extended periods of time
- Be flexible. Must be willing to work a variety of hours, including days as well as weekends and holidays based on business needs

Job Summary:

- Oversee the operations of housekeeping and laundry department
- Assign duties to team members
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, etc after being cleaned by Housekeeping staff and Porters to ensure quality standards.
- Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk
- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures
- Identify/report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
- Support team to reach common goals
- Ensure high morale and productivity levels through effecting communication, training and coaching of staff
- Maintains inventory of amenities, chemicals and other supplies to ensure items are in stock
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour
