- Reporting to the Vice President, Operations (VPO), the Operations Coordinator will support the VPO with Campus oversight related to program delivery._

**Responsibilities**:

- **Provides operational oversight of Programs designed to be delivered exclusively online including but not limited to:

- Program and Instructor scheduling, coordinating required resources, liaison with Campuses to ensure student registration, communication, and effective student management.
- Works closely with the Director of Online Education, and attends regularly scheduled meetings.
- Conducts observations of synchronized classes, and reviews student performance metrics.
- Maintains oversight of the Master Schedule and ensures efficiencies with regards to Instructor/Student Ratios.
- Using FAST and lead Centre, assesses the on-ground delivery schedules for each campus, and liaises with Campus Directors to ensure class ratios are being optimized.
- Provides Head Office Administrative support for all funded programs, including but not limited to collecting data and tracking as needed.
- Liaises with Campus Directors/CEMs regarding schedules, student management, and invoicing (online and funded programs).
- Some support to Compliance and Healthcare Operations may be required.
- Performs other related duties in support of the VP, Operations.

**Qualifications and Education**:

- **An undergraduate degree
- Experience in administration, operations or a related field
- One (1) year work experience in scheduling or resource allocation
- Work experience in the Adult Education sector is an asset

- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
