Are you a driven and committed individual looking for a career working outdoors and taking pride in providing top tier work? We are looking for full time Skilled Hardscape Crew Members/ Hardscape Foreman for this upcoming Spring 2025 season. Skilled Hardscape Crew Members/ Hardscape Foreman are responsible for building Hardscape projects including Interlocking, Retaining Walls, Armor Stone, Steps, Water Features etc., via following design plans and directions. Willing to teach if you are a motivated and invested team player.

Jobsites are all over the Durham Region area and you will need to report directly to site at the beginning of each day. We love using heavy equipment with every chance possible in our day to day tasks. If you are motivated and committed there is year round work and room for advancement at Durham Hardscape.

**Must Have**:

- Knowledge of Hardscape Installation Process' - Excavation, Interlocking, Walls, Steps, etc.
- Ability to mark and cut pavers A MUST
- Basic Carpentry Knowledge
- Experience with Mini Excavators, Track Loaders, Skid Steers, Trailers, Trucks
- Positive work attitude and ability to work in tight-knit team that values quality.
- Must have own transportation to jobsites across Durham and GTA.*
- Willingness to learn and take pride in work

**Salary**:$25-$40 Depending on Experience, Knowledge, Capabilities

**Education**: Secondary School Diploma

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
