As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. **Duties**
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests with their orders.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for cash handling and processing transactions.
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Follow all food safety regulations to ensure the health and safety of customers.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is beneficial.
- A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to help others are essential qualities for success in this role.
