We are seeking an individual passionate about creating a sensory oasis within our beauty space this holiday season.

**The Fundamentals of What You’ll Do**:

- **Guest Experience & Hosting**_: Prioritize _**each guest as if they were a cherished guest in your home, extending warm hospitality and offering a sensorial experience that fosters genuine connections.
- **Keep an Open Mind**_: Welcome_** feedback openly, presume positive intentions, and maintain a growth-oriented mindset.
- **Let Success Drive You**:_ Support_** & assist with all store operations, policies, and procedures, you are encouraged to take the initiative by solving problems and putting the customer's needs first.
- **Foster a Team Culture**:_ Offer _**direction, mentorship, and encouragement to your colleagues cultivating a team culture that is both positive and inclusive.
- **Communicate with Intent**:_Collaborate _**and be varied with communication styles as well as individual personalities within the team.
